STATEMENT OF BELIEF
One God
We believe in the one true and living God, eternally existing in three coequal and coeternal persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who together are the Creator of all things, perfectly holy, infinitely powerful, and sovereign over all creation.
Sin and Separation
We believe that every human being, by nature and by choice, is born into sin and separated from God, with sin distorting our hearts, minds, and actions, leaving us incapable of restoring ourselves apart from divine intervention.
Discipleship
We believe that every follower of Jesus is called to a lifelong journey of discipleship, being transformed by the renewing work of the Holy Spirit, learning to walk in obedience, love, humility, and boldness as Christ did, and bearing fruit that glorifies God.
Beauty Belongs to God
We believe that all true beauty originates from God, who is the Creator of all that is good, true, and lovely, and that He delights in beauty as a reflection of His nature—calling His people to honor and pursue it, not for vanity, but to glorify Him and point others toward His majesty.
The Bible
We affirm that the Bible is the divinely inspired, infallible Word of God, given by the Holy Spirit through human authors, and it is fully sufficient and authoritative for teaching truth, correcting error, guiding conduct, and revealing the way of grace, faith, and salvation through Jesus Christ.
Salvation Through Christ
We proclaim that salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone, who, in His perfect obedience and sacrificial death on the cross, bore the penalty of sin for all, and that anyone who repents and places their faith in Him receives full forgiveness, reconciliation with God, and the gift of eternal life.
Christ’s Return
We joyfully anticipate the promised return of Jesus Christ, when He will raise the dead, bring final judgment to all people, and fully establish His eternal Kingdom, where those who have rejected Him will face eternal separation in hell, but those who have followed Him will live forever in the glorious presence of God.
We Are Lightbearers
We believe that as followers of Christ, we are called to be lightbearers—those who carry the presence, truth, and compassion of God into a broken and darkened world—and that we are to use every gift and talent He has entrusted to us, including creativity and artistry, to reveal His love, proclaim His kingdom, and bring hope where it’s needed most.
