The Majesty Project is calling Christian artists to create and donate large, original works of art that embody majesty, greatness, magnificence, and excellence. Our mission is to place these powerful pieces in communities across America, bringing beauty, truth, and hope back to Western art culture.
At The Majesty Project, our mission is to spread the majesty of God through original artwork. We believe that art is a powerful way to reflect the beauty and grandeur of God’s creation and to inspire hope, awe, and reverence in those who experience it. As part of this vision, we are calling on artists to submit their work for consideration, with a focus on creating large, beautiful, and majestic representational art that reflects God’s creation.

Why Purely Abstract Art is Not Accepted
While all creative expressions are valued, The Majesty Project focuses on at least partially representational art to point to God as the Creator, directing viewers to the innate beauty of His creation, scriptures, and morality, and away from solely human interpretation. By emphasizing art with intentional subject matter, we aim to engage communities in witnessing God's majesty in a way the average viewer will understand.
In contrast, fully abstract art tends to prioritize personal expression and subjective vision, often reflecting the artist’s inner world rather than the outer world created by God. While abstract art can have its place in other contexts, The Majesty Project focuses on representational art because we believe that it is a powerful means of worshiping and honoring God by reflecting His creation. We are seeking works that point beyond the artist and their self-expression, toward the Creator and His divine artistry
