The Majesty Project is calling Christian artists to create and donate large, original works of art that embody majesty, greatness, magnificence, and excellence. Our mission is to place these powerful pieces in communities across America, bringing beauty, truth, and hope to at-risk populations.
At The Majesty Project, our mission is to spread the majesty of God through original artwork in at-risk communities. We believe that art is a powerful way to reflect the beauty and grandeur of God’s creation and to inspire hope, awe, and reverence in those who experience it. As part of this vision, we are calling on artists to submit their work for consideration, with a focus on creating large, beautiful, and majestic representational art that reflects God’s creation.

Why We Emphasize Representational Art
The heart of The Majesty Project is to reflect God’s majesty through art that celebrates His creation in a direct, visible, and tangible way. Representational art—the depiction of the world as it is, as created by God—reflects the order, beauty, and wonder that God has already established. By creating art that faithfully represents the world around us, we affirm that beauty and truth are not of our own making but are inherent in God’s design.
In contrast, abstract art tends to prioritize personal expression and subjective vision, often reflecting the artist’s inner world rather than the outer world created by God. While abstract art can have its place in other contexts, The Majesty Project focuses exclusively on representational art because we believe that it is a powerful means of worshiping and honoring God by reflecting His creation. We are seeking works that point beyond the artist and their self-expression, toward the Creator and His divine artistry
