Shelter KC Art Installations
In September, Majesty Project had the privilege of installing several pieces of Christ-centered artwork at Shelter KC, a rescue mission serving people experiencing homelessness in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Over the past year and a half, we’ve worked closely with Shelter KC and its incredible staff. It has been an honor to share visual reminders of God’s presence and hope with the team and the people they serve.
For about 15 months, Shelter KC renovated its existing facilities and built a new $8 million addition to meet the needs of its growing ministry. Completed in September 2026, the addition brings much-needed space for Shelter KC’s outreach in the Kansas City community. Check out the link below to see the KMBC local news segment for more on the addition and the art installations:
As the project came to a close, Majesty Project provided four new pieces of artwork. With those additions, five works are now on display at Shelter KC—each one a reminder that God’s light can meet us in every season.
Installing 'encamped around'
Casey Bryant, co-founder of Majesty Project, installs an original art piece in Shelter KC's new chapel.
As 2026 nears its end, we look ahead with eager expectation for what God will do next, both through our partnership with Shelter KC and across the country. New connections are opening doors to serve communities nationwide. Lord willing, in 2027 and beyond, Majesty Project will place Christ-centered artwork in locations across the United States.
“The people walking in darkness have seen a great light.” — Isaiah 9:2
